    The Manger of all people made a huge mistake on my taxes for 2015 I went in and asked her if she could do business taxes and she said yes mind u she is the head of all in tri cites well she did all the paper work spent 3 hours with her and tipped her $50 come to find out she knew nothing. IRS sent me paper work and after me going to IRS office they showed me she did my taxes as if I were not a business and she did not do add my additional tax amount. And now I owe $3000 more. My gf does her taxes for free lots of sites that u can just enter your numbers and not have to pay people that don't really know what they are doing

    Everything went well the day I did my taxes.. I went back in a few days later to ask a question. As I sat there waiting I heard a customer ask about the $50 Wal-Mart card (sent to customers by email) promised to customers, saying she didn't or someone didn't get theirs.So while I was there I informed the manager (she did my taxes) that I did not receive mine either. She bluntly said I gave you (can't quote exactly) (some kind of card) the card. I said , no you didn't give me any card. She then said "well it was a wal-mart card then". I explained I did not nor have ever received any e-mails from Jackson Hewitt.She called someone and stated "I have a code red" After hanging up she informed me I should be receiving an e-mail within 24-48 hours with the card, and also said "they have to cancel the other one first". Her customer service was horrible. I don't plan on using Jackson Hewitt ever again. I'm a nurse and know all about code words. Whether or not 'code red' meant anything derogatory or not I certainly assumed it did. I was very tired and was just inquiring, that's all. I was in no way hostile or rude. I wish I could say the same thing about this employee..
