  The branch in Bentonville Arkansas will keep your entire deposit upon move out. We where charged for damages that where recorded and submitted upon move in, as well as bad/outdated carbon monoxide detectors, $595.00 for painting when that is supposed to be covered in normal wear and tear as we didn't paint anything or cause damage other then scuffs from moving furniture in and out. They use the cheapest paint possible so touching your hand on the wall leaves a mark. Tessa Neil is a downright liar and will say whatever it takes to get her way. Every time I went into that office there was someone new or someone who was in a different position as I am sure they have an extreme turn over rate. Just giving warning I would turn around and run! They're awful, will never recommend them to anyone!
